Frequently Asked Questions
Here are a couple of answers to questions I'm almost certain to be asked whenever I have a prospective client looking to book a session, event or wedding with LMG Imagery. If you don't see an answer to your specific questions, no worries. Don't hesitate to reach out to me via email.

How would you describe your photographic style?
In one word... natural. I love natural light! Shooting outside or using a natural light studio is my preference. However, I have extensive strobe experience which allows me to work under less than desirable circumstances or to match a clients vision.

From booking to receiving my images, what should I expect?
Once I receive your inquiry, I confirm that I available for you're requested date and time. Then I immediately send you a text letting you know I received your inquiry and that I'm available. If you are a repeat client and I already have a feel for what you are looking for, I'll send you a proposal via email which you can use to review the session details, sign your contract and pay your deposit. If you're a new client, I'll set up a time for us to chat about your vision so I can craft a customized proposal for your session. Once your session is booked (contract signed and deposit paid), I'm available anytime to chat if your vision or needs change.
Then we shoot! I typically arrive 15-30 minutes to our session site early just to get a lay of the land and to check for anything that can be a disruption to our session. Once you arrive, I'll greet you with a hug or fist pump and we'll head to where I want to start our session.
I like to walk around so if your session is outdoors, please bring walking shoes lol. During our session, I'll show you a couple shots fresh from the back of my camera to show you how awesome you look. Once our session time has ended, I'll let you know how long it's gonna take me to completely edit your images and thank your for your time and trust of course.
Once your images are ready, you'll receive an email with a link to your gallery (which looks like this) and a password you'll need to download your images. You can share, download and favorite your images directly from your online gallery. You can also buy prints directly from your gallery as well!

How do you price your sessions?
Though I offer many types of sessions, I price them based on the amount of time each session requires. Most sessions are available in one hour or two hour options. You can find out more about my pricing below.
1 hour
session
My most popular option! 1 hour sessions are $399 and you can expect 15-30 fully edited images based on outfits and direction of session. Studio rental can be added for additional fee.
2 houR
session
2 hour sessions are $599 and are perfect for clients requiring a lot of outfits or for larger families. Studio rental can be added for an additional fee.
Event coverage is charged by the hour at $150 per hour. There is a three hour minimum required for booking. Other fees may apply including travel (if venue is more than 30 miles from Downtown Dallas).
Wedding coverage begins at $1200 and includes 6 hours of continuous coverage. All wedding packages include a free engagement session! We will sit and talk about your special day and design the perfect package when you're ready!

Do provide any editing? Will I receive all my raw images?
Any and all images you receive from me will be edited. Editing includes color-correction, cropping & minor skin correction. These edits are included with every session at no extra charge. With that said, I do not allow my clients to get every single photo taken during the session. I choose the best images from each pose/look and edit them to be included in your gallery. For my most discerning clients, I also can allow you to choose which images from your session you want edited. However a edit limit will be imposed and editing time will most likely be increased. From a one-hour session, you can expect 15-25 fully edited images. You can double that for two-hour sessions.

How soon will I get my images after our session?
Though actual times may vary, most sessions are complete within a week. I make editing a priority when scheduling my day because I know my entrepreneurs need their images to market their product and my families are uber excited to see how well their images turned out. Even during peak seasons, you should receive your gallery within 2 weeks max. Weddings and events may take a little longer, around 2-4 weeks.

Do you shoot weddings? What about videography?
Yes I do! Though I primarily focus on portraits. I do shoot weddings occasionally. I don't offer videography anymore however I know a plethora of great videographers I'd be happy to recommend.
